Visitors are welcome at our dojo. Mat fee is $15 and all students must sign a waiver.
Aikido Fundamentals/Beginners Classes
These foundational classes explore the elements of a successful aikido practice: principle footwork, pins and strikes as well as basic ukemi, the practice of receiving techniques and taking falls. Click here for more information about our beginner’s program. New students should start in these classes.
General Class
These classes are open to anyone who has completed the beginner’s program and is now comfortable taking ukemi and moving at a faster pace, with Sensei’s permission.
Weapons Class
While we may incorporate weapons into any class, our Saturday weapons classes are for intensive study of universal aikido principles and beyond, including the integration back into empty-hand technique.
